Photo Shoot with Hollis King
Meeting Hollis King was like shooting an epic scene of the movie of my life.
I met him while visiting my friend karla Milugo who was working with him
At The Billie Holiday Theater, where I hung out with Hollis for a couple of days.
We visited his neighborhood in Brooklin and did that beautiful photo shoot.
One afternoon he took me to the Serengeti a tea shop in New york.
There he introduce me to Russ Titleman and Jean Claude Samuel.
We had barly arrived when Hollis asked me to sing a song for everyone.
which I did although I felt very nervous. Then I remember having with them a great
Few hours long dialogues about politic , in the lovely Serengeti.
✨Another Memory On Planet Earth✨
From The First Time We Met
I Loved The Way She Lays Her Camera On Me And Captures
Has Her Way Of Bringing Out
The Light, The Colors
The Poetry Of Life
Through Her Photography
But Not Only...
Performing in the street
An adventure in which I have grown and learned a lot
A way to face and master my fears
Offering my music for my sake of peace
Sharing happiness through ART to rejoice our HEART
And give us the courage to LOVE
That is a mission path I choose even more then before
14 Juillet 2017 ~ Toulouse ~
~ I brought out my dove ~
Offered quotes, shared smiles in stillness.
Then played a song when someone took
The message extended to passer by.
Watched people, inviting them to watch me.
There were many looks: fleeing, absent, surprised,
Curious, uncool, funny, embarrassed, amused,
Careless, sympathetic, generous ...
Lots of looks trapped in fear, mistrust, ignorance.
But tenderness, innocence, the inspiration offered As a gift, when our hearts dare to receive,
To open, to offer themselves.
I sing for peace, for the courage to realize it
Within and around me. When our eyes meet,
With a simple smile, we can create peace.
AN UNEXPECTED ALBUM BORN FROM A SPONTANEOUS RECORDING
AFTER A MAGIC ENCOUNTER WITH MICHAEL RODRIGUEZ
I wish i had a picture of me and Michael. I remember him and his friend having lunch while i was playing in Octavia Park, San Francisco 2013.
He came to me and ask if I had any recording. I had none at that time.
He gave me his card and said: "I would love to record you." Few weeks later, we met in his home studio. I was so sick that day and my throat was hurting, I was full of doubts but determinated to go for this opportunity..
I remember getting lost on my way there, and craving for hot tea to calm my pain. Micheal was waiting for me outside, seated on his stairs playing the ukulele. And the first thing he said while entering in the studio was:
" The water is hot, would you like some tea?" I was amazed and moved. And very quickly my symptoms desapered. I started the conversation by showing him that new instrument of mine, the omnichord.
Soon as I started to play it, he was ready to record, and that's how
"Little Impro For You" was born. Then it went pretty much like this,
playing my songs one after the other, a spontaneous live,
recorded in an hour.
"The Unexpected Tall Person"
This was my 2015 summer's challenge.
With the help of my dear friend Donna wood,
I wrote a 45 min solo, the story of the unexpected tall person.
Thanks to Mathieu Martin for the pictures
And to the beautiful public of friends who came that day
For the only representation of this show.
Backstage shooting of the live video clip
I have fond memories of my first video shooting
With a generous and heartfelf team.
The realization of this videos clip are the fruit of teamwork,
Sharing of ideas, emotions and creative impulses
Of each one of us.

~ Espace Vitet ~ Paris 2016
This reunion cabaret will remain one of the most special events that I have had the joy of creating with the help and support of precious friends and talented artists, during a brief visit to Paris. Thanks to France Vitet who opened the doors of the beautiful Espace Vitet to me, Benoit Schaeffer with whom we have graciously stayed with my friends and who supported me in my endeavors of creating this Momentums of HeART and Friendship. Thanks to him for these beautiful photos which rejoice my memory.
I met Sarah Cruel in 2013 and had the chance to have her
As my manager from 2015 to 2019.
I am grateful and I cherish these years
Of experiences by her side
And all the work she has done to develop my career.
In 2018 I had the chance to be one of the Laureates of the Music in Tarn contest,
and to be accompanied over a whole year
by professionals who supported me,
transmitted tools, allowed me to progress.
I learned a lot. I had the pleasure of working
A duet with Mathieu Laciak on keyboards,
and being coached by Virginie Bergier,
with whom we explored my repertoire
and its interpretation in a new way.
It was a brief collaboration that allowed me
to perceive a field of potentials and possibilities regarding my songs and my stage work.
Thanks to Gregory Coutois and Sarah Cruel
For the Pictures.
